  • Welcome to my Blog!

    Why?  Why do I do it?  It's my passion....my calling.

    You should know this about me...people describe me as intense...passionate...focused.  And they’re right.  I am.

    Things in my life that I’m passionate about?

    Red Zinfandels and Dark Chocolate...love them both, and they’re even better together!

    My husband....my biggest supporter and fan...he makes my heart sing...how did I get so lucky?

    My kids...they’re each so amazing & talented...yep, a total blessing.

    My Camera...I love being behind the lens...capturing beautiful moments as they happen...creating beautiful memories for my clients, family, and friends.

    My clients...I love my clients.  I think this is what I’m even more passionate about.  I love the relationship I build with each one.  Each relationship feels like a little present of happiness.  I love getting to know my clients...learning their expressions, and then capturing those expressions with my camera...those tiny captured moments that make me so passionate about my photography.  It’s a magical moment. The experience of sharing that moment, that joy with my clients is an awesome feeling.  Sharing the laughter, the memories of the day, and a few tears of joy, are what it’s all about for me.

    Passionate Photography...

Elizabeth & Andrew are Married {West Palm Beach Wedding Photography}

Elizabeth and Andrew are such a sweet couple. Throughout their relationship, music and singing has been a common theme in their lives. Their wedding was no different. The ceremony was held at New Apostolic Church in Cooper Ciy…it was a magical ceremony that was like a musical. Beautiful singing was provided by different members of the church, as well as the entire bridal party singing in unison. Both Lexxi and I felt so privileged to be such an integral part of Elizabeth and Andrew’s special day. . Even more so amazing was the solo “At Last I see the Light” (from the movie Tangled) that Elizabeth sang to Andrew as a surprise at the end of the wedding ceremony. I don’t think there was a dry eye in the church, myself included. The reception was held nearby at Oak Ridge Hall in Tree Tops Park. The Park made a beautiful backdrop for photos with the entire bridal party. Fiesta Planners provided the catering and Party Specialists provided DJ services. I hope you enjoy the sneak peeks of Elizabeth and Andrew’s special day…they were a joy to work with! Congratulations to Elizabeth and Andrew!!

Sara & Danny’s Elegant Jonathon’s Landing Wedding – Jupiter, Florida

I love Sara. I really do…she is such a delightful and sweet person to be around. She’s always laughing…it’s infectious. You can’t help but be happy around Sara. And then there’s Danny…he’s such a perfect fit for Sara. He laughs a lot, too. A perfectly matching, perfectly cute couple that are fun to be around. Sara and Danny’s wedding day was beautiful, sweet, and full of laughter. Jonathan’s Landing provided an awesome backdrop for their wedding. And, as with any wedding, there is a story about how they came to have their wedding at Jonathan’s Landing. You’ll have to get that story from them. Regardless, I was very impressed with Jonathan’s Landing from the time I met Sara for our walk-through, throughout the wedding (awesome customer service!), and even after the wedding. (note to future brides…highly recommend!) The weather was ideal all day. Sara and Danny opted for a First Look Session. I think they really enjoyed having some time alone before the ceremony took place. When you see their photos below, you’ll agree it was a wonderful idea. And, of course, there was quite a bit of laughing going on during the First Look. Not surprising if you knew Sara and Danny. Both Alexis and I loved capturing Sara and Danny’s special day. I just know I’ve made some new friends for life! Enjoy their sneak peeks!

SO much Laughter and Love in these pics! Love the bubble pictures – and how you ALWAYS capture the uniqueness of the dress! Looking at the pics you can just imagine the fun and beautiful day as the pics tell detailed story….

Ashley {Ashley Daniell Photography} - December 19, 2011 - 11:58 AM

These are beautiful Steph and Alexis! That location looks amazing! I love the happiness oozing from the bride in every single photo – you did a fabulous job capturing the true emotions of the day. I’m sure they will look back on these in 10 years and still be able to remember exactly how they felt. Awesome!

Jennifer & Chris – W Hotel Ft. Lauderdale

Jennifer and Chris like to do things differently…they have a fun, vivacious outlook on life. And by the way, they’re huge Gators fans…really huge. As a matter of fact, their wedding colors were, you guessed it, gators colors! It couldn’t be more fitting that outside the entrance to the W Hotel is a large cement gator. Want to take a quick guess as to who wanted their photo on it? Even a gator was holding the rings for the ceremony!
When I first met Jennifer and Chris, we immediately hit it off and found that we had many similar “likes” in common, all the way down to the type of cars we drive. I knew this would be a fun couple to work with. Since photography was important to Jennifer and Chris, we started the afternoon early with a First Look session. We were able to take advantage of some of the unique locations the W Hotel had to offer…and, of course, the beach! The ceremony took place on a balcony overlooking the beach…the weather was perfect and the backdrop was beautiful. The evening reception took place poolside for dancing under the stars and finished up with a private after-party. Congratulations Jennifer and Chris…hope you love your sneak peeks!

Wow! The last one is my favorite too! What beautiful lighting… I also like that they have the stuffed gator. One of my pilots over here went to UF and he flies with “Albert” the alligator!

Amy Deem - December 5, 2011 - 10:09 AM

What a gorgeous couple and what beautiful photos! You do such a wonderful job Stephanie I always look forward to checking out the next shoot.

Jennifer & Bryan {An Equestrian Wedding}

Jennifer loves horses, so it was only natural that a couple of horses would be a part of her wedding day. From a horse drawn carriage for the ceremony to a professional polo player practicing on the field during the cocktail hour, the International Polo Club was the perfect backdrop for Jennifer and Bryan’s elegant wedding. You have to know Jennifer…she is spunky, bubbly, and always, always laughing and smiling. Her playful spirit pervaded the entire day, and definitely had Bryan (& us) laughing on more than one occasion. From their First Look through the reception, watching Jennifer and Bryan interact with each other made it easy to see how much they appreciate each other, and why they’re perfect for each other. Jennifer arrived in a horse drawn carriage for the outdoor ceremony…every little girl’s dream. The reception was amazing. The International Polo Club (highly, highly recommend…contact Jessica) did an amazing job all around, and the food was fabulous! Touch of Paradise Florals provided the beautiful centerpieces for the tables. And the band….can I tell you? They were awesome! Paris Productions kept everyone on the dance floor with a wide range of music. If you are looking for the perfect band…Paris Productions is it. Jennifer and Bryan started off their reception with a spur of the moment dance that was performed so well, it looked like it had been practiced for months. Those two are naturals. The whole day and evening was an exceptional event sure to be remembered by everyone that attended. I hope you enjoy Jennifer and Bryan’s sneak peeks…it was hard to limit the photos to post! Congratulations to Jennifer and Bryan!!

Sade & Brian’s Beautiful Beach Wedding

Sade and Brian could not have asked for more perfect October weather for their wedding day. The Singer Island Marriott provided an ideal backdrop for a beach wedding. Sade’s attention to detail could be seen everywhere…from the tissue packets to the cute paint brushes for dusting sand off your toes! Wedding planning and floral design were provided by Gerilyn Gianna Event & Floral Design. Throughout the day, Sade glowed with happiness and excitement…truly the glowing bride. Brian looked so handsome…the excitement showed on his face when he saw Sade walking down the aisle toward him. I hope you enjoy the sneak peeks of their beautiful day!
